Q: I get a Windows popup that says "can not find the photo viewer". How do I fix this?
A: Please make sure USB-cable is connected between the Photo Viewer's USB socket (image below) and you computer. Follow these steps:
1. Connect USB cable between digital photo viewer and computer
2. Digital photo viewer LCD shows "Normal Mode" and "USB download"
3. Choose "USB Download" to start downloading photos.
